Job summary

Accenture Flex is an on-site, fixed-duration role in San Jose, CA, delivering first-line technical support with focus on hardware, software, and network connectivity. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for incident management via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN issues.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and basic repair of hardware and peripherals.
• Process standard requests such as software installs, provisioning, onboarding, offboarding.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain ownership of user communication.
• Contribute to and maintain the internal knowledge base with new solutions.
