Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and device management for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and applications; troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user accounts and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Monitor system health and coordinate with the MSP for advanced networking and security.
• Maintain system documentation, asset inventories, and reporting.
