Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a fully onsite IT Support Specialist in Indianapolis for a one-year engagement. Pay is $29/hour (W2 only). Working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The role may require driving a company vehicle around campus to deliver computer equipment to different buildings. You will support customer focus projects, provide digital workplace consulting, and perform hands-on operations and 2nd-level IT support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years desktop support for PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Minimum of 2 years onsite support and remote support experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting mobile devices (Apple devices preferred).
• High School Diploma required; Associates degree or Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage day-to-day IT activities at the site, working independently within company guidelines to maintain seamless operations.
• Provide 2nd-level technical resolution (in-person or remote) for field-based and speciality spaces (Labs, R&D, etc).
• Take ownership of incidents, restore user productivity, and troubleshoot across network and system infrastructure.
• Support customer focus projects within Digital Workplace consulting and end-user computing.
• Assist in delivering on-campus IT equipment and projects as required.
