Job summary

Innovative Mechanical & Design (IMD), a Legence company, seeks a Temporary IT Support Specialist to support Windsor, CO staff. You will be the onsite IT presence, log incidents in ServiceNow, and work with vendors to minimize downtime.

The 20–25 hour/week, 3–6 month assignment may convert to full-time. Requires an Associate degree in IT or equivalent and 3+ years' IT experience, with Dell hardware, AD/Azure, O365, Teams, and mobile device expertise.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years IT experience including PC and mobile device support.
• Experience with Dell Desktops and Laptops.
• Experience with AD/Azure, O365, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint.
• Experience with Apple and Android tablets and phones.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting IT issues.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused attitude with high-quality service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with device encryption and IP security cameras is preferred.
• Onsite presence in Windsor, CO.

Responsibilities

• Be the onsite local presence of IT for our customers, aiding and resolution to issues promptly.
• Work with in-house staff and outsourced service/vendors to minimize downtime.
• Provide support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting ~2000 devices including servers and PCs.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents across various apps.
• Record, update, and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Install and configure new IT equipment and manage asset lifecycle.
• Escalate incidents to other teams when necessary.
• Maintain high level of customer service and communication.
