You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, deploy Windows 10/11, re-image Windows, and assist users with IT incidents. Qualifications

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents across Windows and Mac environments.
• Handle laptops/desktops replacement and Windows deployment tasks.
• Assist users with IT incidents and provide timely resolutions.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and applications.
• Swap out laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10/11.
• Imaging Windows 11 from Windows 10 and provisioning IT equipment.
• Record, update and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Take ownership of issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain first-class customer service and provide accurate support.
