Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Infrastructure support.
• Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with troubleshooting desktop applications and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Infrastructure field support with troubleshooting abilities.
• Install and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and laptops.
• Participate in preventive actions through repeat call analysis.
