Stefanini seeks an experienced Deskside Technician II in Springfield, MO to provide on-site Windows, hardware and software support in a corporate setting. You will stage, provision, and deploy IT machines, diagnose issues, and assist end users for seamless IT operations.

The role calls for 1+ year of deskside experience, strong troubleshooting, asset management, and the ability to work with IT teams. Certifications like A+ or MCP are desirable; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of corporate deskside support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Office 365 and imaging software.
• Ability to manage IT assets and assist end users.
• Familiarity with VPN/VDI connectivity and remote tools.
• Willingness to pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows, software, and hardware support onsite.
• Stage and deploy IT machines to end users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement fixes.
• Configure mobile devices and A/V equipment.
• Troubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivity.
• Follow KB articles and best practices.
• Manage workload via ticketing system.
• Communicate technical info to non-technical audiences.
• Remote support for offsite resolver groups.
• Inventory management and asset auditing.
