- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN basics.
- Ability to document steps and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows and iOS devices and network access issues.
- Manage user accounts via Active Directory and assist with access control.
- Use remote tools and Freshservice to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate with IT teammates.
