Job summary

Grainger is seeking an Onsite Service Representative to support assigned customers by managing inventory, delivering outstanding service, and driving account growth through KeepStock programs. You will work with partners to implement sales strategies and help customers understand Grainger solutions for their MRO needs.

Responsibilities include stocking, route maintenance, problem resolution, and identifying improvement opportunities while ensuring safety compliance at each site.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and sales growth oriented.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license in State of residence.
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock purchased product at designated customer locations and maintain stocking levels.
• Gain knowledge of Grainger's offerings to improve orders through system integration.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow routes defined by routing software and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
