Job summary

Grainger is seeking an Onsite Services Representative to service multiple customer locations in Gonzales, LA. You will receive and stock products, manage inventory levels, and resolve issues to promote loyalty and retention.

The role emphasizes adherence to routing plans and proactive customer engagement. Responsibilities include supporting Grainger’s KeepStock program, collaborating with sales partners to expand offerings, and ensuring safety and compliance at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence; required automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations; maintain stock levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow routing software and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities for productivity and process improvements.
• Ensure safety and inspection requirements are met at sites.
• Create new orders by engaging with customers to identify needs.
• Collaborate with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
