Grainger is seeking an Onsite Services Representative (OSR) to manage customer inventories, stock product at client locations, and deliver exceptional service. The role requires coordinating with sales partners to identify additional Grainger offerings and to drive account growth at multiple sites.

The OSR will follow predefined routes, resolve issues promptly, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining stocking levels and providing valuable product solutions.

Formación

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Valid driver's license in State of residence and maintain required auto insurance.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle different technical and operational issues.
• On-site work with customer locations and routes.

Responsabilidades

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product at client sites; monitor stocking levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow designated route using routing software; maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and cycle times.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of each facility.
• Assist with new orders by engaging customers for additional needs.
• Engage with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
