Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist in Riverside, CA to monitor inventory control at partner fulfillment centers. You will be the sole ShipBob representative onsite, resolving merchant concerns and driving scalable operations with leadership support.

The role reports to the OSS Area Manager with a 24-hour SLA for discrepancies and a 2-hour SLA for merchant requests. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years ICQA experience in warehousing, proficiency with WMS, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICQA in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Preferred bilingual English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner preferred.
• Ability to work independently on-site without direct supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong reading comprehension.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and highly adaptive environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8–10 hrs per shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes per SOPs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant variances to OSS Area Manager.
• Perform physical location checks and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Identify root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and respond to merchant requests related to inventory.
• Address merchant-facing requests via ticketing system within a 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate updates and operational information to leadership.
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews.
