Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory at partner fulfillment centers. You will partner with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and support scalable operations. This role reports to the Manager, SFN Quality.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, 24-hour reconciliations, and 2-hour SLA merchant responses. You’ll help improve day-to-day processes and ensure product safety and compliance at the site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICQA experience in a 3PL/warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control per SOPs.
• Investigate discrepancies and report significant variances.
• Perform location checks to ensure quality and reconcile variances within 24 hours.
• Identify root causes of inventory adjustments and lead fixes.
• Audit and respond to merchant requests related to inventory.
• Resolve merchant requests within a 2-hour SLA via ticketing.
• Share weekly performance data with center leadership.
• Comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
