Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor and manage inventory control at partner fulfillment centers. You will be the sole on-site ShipBob representative, working closely with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and improve scalable operations.

The role requires 2+ years in ICQA, experience with a Warehouse Management System, and the ability to work independently on-site. You will report to the Manager, SFN Quality and support daily inventory processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RFScanner preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer/vendor interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control per SOPs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant issues to on-site leaders.
• Perform physical location checks to reconcile variances within 24 hours.
• Determine root causes of adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Conduct audits or actions requested by merchants at the site.
• Respond to merchant tickets within a 2-hour SLA.
