ShipBob in Denton, TX seeks an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory and support fulfillment center partners. You’ll lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate location checks with a 24-hour SLA.

You’ll communicate findings to site leadership and help drive process improvements. The role requires 2+ years in ICQA within warehousing, proficiency with WMS, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of ICQA in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• Ability to work independently on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time-management skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes per SOPs.
• Investigate discrepancies reported by Merchant Support and report significant variances.
• Perform physical location checks to ensure quality and reconcile variances within 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root causes of adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Audit merchant-related inventory tasks and respond to requests.
• Address merchant tickets within a 2-hour SLA and communicate updates to leaders.
• Highlight inventory process improvements to OSS Area Manager and Operations Manager.
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews with leadership.
• Adhere to food safety and compliance policies and ensure product safety and traceability.
