Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor and complete inventory control activities for ShipBob merchants at our partner fulfillment centers.

You will be the sole ShipBob onsite representative, partnering with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and maintain scalable operations, reporting to the Manager, SFN Quality. You will run daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and perform audits to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Capable of working on-site independently.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control per SOPs using partner resources.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant variances to OSS Area Manager and Operations Manager onsite.
• Perform physical location checks to ensure quality and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA.
