Job summary

TEKsystems in Wall, NJ is seeking an Inspection Coordinator for a fully onsite contract-to-hire role. Responsibilities include reviewing inspection lists, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring timely reporting.

The position requires strong scheduling, administrative, and teamwork skills. Daily duties include phone coverage management and supporting project scheduling, with a designated Quiet Hour for focused work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and scrubbing inspection lists in advance to verify scope and necessity.
• Confirming dates, customer status, and any past-due balances.
• Proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections.
• Ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion.
• Coordinating with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports.
• Secondary responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects.
• Sharing phone coverage responsibilities with our Service Coordinator.
• Quiet Hour: role may step away from phone coverage to focus on scheduling and administrative work.
