Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Inspection Coordinator to manage scheduling, customer communication, and inspection reporting for on-site work in Wall, NJ. The role requires coordinating with subcontractors and assisting the Project Manager with smaller installations.

Work is fully onsite, with standard hours and a designated quiet hour for focused scheduling tasks. Daily duties include verifying scope, confirming dates, and ensuring reports are filed within 24 hours of completion.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections.
• Ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion.
• Coordinating with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports.
• Support the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects.

Secondary responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects.

On a daily basis, the Inspection Coordinator will also share phone coverage responsibilities with our Service Coordinator. Our branch does offer a designated \"Quiet Hour\", during which the role may step away from phone coverage to focus on scheduling and administrative work.

8:00AM to 5:00pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
