Job summary

Esler Companies is seeking an Installation Coordinator to join our Operations team in King of Prussia, PA. You will work with Renewal by Andersen customers to schedule installations, maintain communication, and ensure a high level of service while coordinating install go backs.

You will collaborate with install crews to plan current install requests. Ideal candidates excel at customer relations, are organized, and comfortable in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on Jobs in Progress (JIPS) & IGBs to ensure proper scheduling
• Maintain installation scheduling of installation managers, & creates service folders with proper documentation for IMs
• Takes both inbound and outbound scheduling calls
• Prepares customer correspondence when deemed appropriate, such as paid invoices or rebates
• Provides back up and support to other members of the operations team as needed
• Keep continuous communications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their project are addressed and satisfied
• Possibly prepares contract amendment as necessary
• Other jobs duties as assigned
