Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an organized onsite coordinator to manage installation jobs. You will work with internal teams, installers, and subcontractors to ensure timely start-to-finish project execution.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include initial customer contact, site readiness confirmations, scheduling, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers/sub-contractors onto installation jobs from booking to closeout.
• Make initial contact with customers within 48 hours of booking.
• Ensure site readiness and communicate installation progress with stakeholders.
• Schedule technicians and subcontractors using scheduling software to meet on‑time installation goals.
• Create and distribute job packets with installation details and forms.
• Track materials and update the Installation Portal for stakeholders.
