Aerotek is seeking a reliable Installation Coordinator to support our installation team in Allentown, PA. This contract-to-hire position will involve setting up new jobs, coordinating equipment orders, submittals, and billing processes, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

The role requires strong communication and typing skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and experience with Sage accounting software. This is a fully onsite opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Setups new jobs.
• Order large equipment.
• Track submittals and manage submittals.
• Create end-of-job binders and distribute by email or mail.
• Handle billing for installation projects.
• Complete AIA form sheets and attach to billing.
• Process time-and-material billing.
• Create work orders for field teams.
• Use Word, Excel and Sage for accounting tasks.
• Demonstrate good communication and typing skills during daily tasks.
