Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a contract position in Macedonia, OH. The role oversees end-to-end logistics for booth deliveries, coordinating with customers, shipping carriers, sales, field service, and installers to ensure timely shipments and installation scheduling.

You will handle documentation, data entry, CRM/ERP records, and maintain accurate shipping records while communicating status updates and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and shipping coordination.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in preparing and maintaining shipping records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for communication, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Customer service experience in a shipping-related role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for booth deliveries with customers and carriers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Provide regular delivery status updates to customers and troubleshoot installation-related issues.
• Manage communications and records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Schedule installations by coordinating with field service and sales teams.
• Prepare accurate shipping documents and records for outgoing shipments.
