Job summary

Jaboa Enterprises, a Lehigh Valley-based fixture installation company, seeks an Onsite Supervisor/Installer to lead subcontractors and perform hands-on installations in retail environments nationwide. Most projects last 1–3 days, and travel expenses are fully covered by the company.

Must live within a reasonable distance of Easton, PA; strong leadership; fixture installation experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; and ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Must live within a reasonable distance of Easton / Lehigh Valley, PA.
• Leadership experience managing crews or subcontractors.
• Experience with fixture or cabinet installation.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Flexible schedule - willing to travel extensively and work long days/nights.
• Comfortable using smartphones and computers for communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee crews of subcontractors during on-site installations.
• Install retail fixtures, cabinets, and specialty displays with precision and care.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Travel regionally and nationally (including air travel when required).
• Meet daily at our Easton, PA facility before and after jobs.
