Job summary

L&H Companies, Inc. seeks a full-time Installation / Construction Manager to lead on-site installation and sign construction projects in Reading, PA. You will coordinate with Project Management and Production to meet schedules and ensure quality.

Strong leadership, drawing interpretation, and ERP/Microsoft Office skills are required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in installation services or related work, OSHA 30, and experience with Acumatica.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of installation services experience.
General construction and electrical knowledge.
Management and leadership experience.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
5-10 years’ experience in field sign industry or construction installation work.
Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Acumatica).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

On-site, full-time role in Reading, PA.
Coordinate with Project Management and Production on installation schedules.
Negotiate costs with external subcontractors.
Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering and Production for sign construction.
Train and oversee staff following best practices and standards.
Create, publish and enforce standard procedures and work instructions.
Identify innovative installation methods to save time and costs.
Oversee fleet maintenance, driver logs and IFTA reporting.
