Job summary

Central States Industrial (CSI) seeks an Onsite Material Coordinator to support local customer business at a remote facility in Allentown, PA. The role covers receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, picking/packing, and managing customer managed material.

This temporary assignment requires light repairs, initiative, and the ability to work well in a team or independently, with Will Call and delivery as common fulfillment tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Must have or be able to obtain a chauffeurs’ license to drive delivery truck.
• Computer knowledge required.
• Epicor Kinetic software preferred.
• CSI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory, and manage incoming material according to procedures.
• Pack, ship, and handle warehouse transfers; record lot tracked material.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift and truck deliveries.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Update part attributes and ensure accuracy of counts.
• Indexing with Synergy; setup/move locations; prepare counts.
