Würth USA in Ramsey, NJ is seeking an entry level Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. The role focuses on calling active and inactive clients, building relationships, and generating sales orders while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Monday-Friday, onsite at 93 Grant St, and you will develop product knowledge through extensive in-house training. Proficiency with Office 365 and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable prospecting new business.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate phone calls to engage clients and unassigned regions to create sales orders.
