Würth USA is seeking a highly organized Special Orders Associate to join our Sales Development team in Ramsey, NJ. The onsite role coordinates cross-functional activities from quotation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project progression.

The ideal candidate demonstrates proactive problem solving, strong collaboration across departments, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned special order projects and proposals.
• Prepare, manage, and coordinate customer proposals, bids, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs to ensure timely submissions.
• Enter customer orders and quotations accurately and within department guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal teams.
• Monitor proposal requirements and ensure all customer specifications, pricing, and deadlines are met.
• Communicate project status, delivery updates, and requirements with stakeholders.
