Würth USA is seeking an entry level Inside Sales Representative in Ramsey, NJ to drive sales orders through outbound calls and proactive client engagement. You will build relationships, meet targets, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a minimum of 1 year.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable prospecting new business.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Interest in automotive brands and NASCAR sponsorship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate phone calls to active, inactive, and unassigned clients to create sales orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through regular contact.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
