Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and provide assistance on prior authorizations and general inquiries in a fully on-site environment in Tempe, AZ. You will enter data accurately and maintain high-quality service while supporting multiple systems.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service within a call center or office setting, with shifts from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, and a pay rate of $21/hour plus overtime

• Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
• Great customer service with high level attention to detail
• Entering information accurately
• Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity
