Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to employees, documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a positive user experience. The role covers remote service desk work (70%) and local desktop support (30%), with primary duties in Tempe, AZ and some visits to other Phoenix offices.

Hours are M-F 8a–5p PT. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour for this contract position, with benefits eligibility described in the offer.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Intermediate level IT support experience.
• Experience documenting and escalating incidents per SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support.
• Document all work and follow escalation procedures.
• Operate within defined SLAs and communicate with customers.
• Perform tasks on special projects and duties.
• Participate in on-call rotation every ~6 weeks.
