Seeking motivated, customer‑focused professionals for a fast‑paced call center environment.
Paid training from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Four‑week onboarding program.
Candidate must be available to work between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days per week. A set schedule will be assigned after training. Mandatory overtime may be required during January and February.
Many contractors have converted to full‑time employees and advanced into roles such as team lead, trainer, supervisor, quality assurance, client administration, workforce management, reporting & analytics, claims, prior authorization, and IT.
Focus on customer service experience, performance metrics, reliability and attendance, coaching and feedback, multitasking, and system navigation skills. Candidates should be prepared to discuss examples of using multiple computer systems during customer interactions, learning new software or CRM platforms, and maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.
