Job summary

Johnson Controls on-site HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to receive and schedule service calls, manage technician workloads, and support timely maintenance aligned with monthly goals.

You will work with Customer Billing and Support to progress jobs, resolve issues, and maintain customer information in NxGen. Requires a high school diploma and 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years of service scheduling experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service calls under Area Resource Manager.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to be provided to customers.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Resolve customer inquiries or escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain daily schedules for technicians and report progress.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
• Assist with time and expense reporting and timesheet corrections.
• Maintain customer account information in NxGen.
