Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tact, cooperation and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service and manage technician calendars.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer and service needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers directly.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and perform follow-up as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
• Support time and expense reporting, and assist with time-entry corrections.
