Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support AMXL PXT operations and enhance employee experience across site operations. You will execute standard HR processes, coach leaders, and drive engagement initiatives on a regional basis with travel up to 50%.

You will be onsite at an Amazon facility, collaborating with PXT and Operations to implement programs, monitor SLAs, and leverage data-driven insights to improve HR processes and employee outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR experience or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic Excel skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
• Execute standard work with SLAs and document HR processes
• Provide frontline employee support and handle inquiries with professionalism
• Assist in running feedback channels and engagement activities
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and tool usage
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture initiatives
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews or discussions
• Promote self-service HR tools to improve adoption and resolve routine questions
