Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations to reinforce workplace standards.
• Execute standard work with consistency, ensuring SLAs and accurate HR process documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support by addressing inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Track and summarize PXT data for site reviews and improvements.
