Amazon.com Services LLC in Louisville, TN is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations on-site. You will build partnerships, implement core HR processes, and coach leaders to improve engagement and retention.

Qualificações

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel functional skills.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs; partner with PXT and Operations to create a values-driven culture.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support; respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities); track follow-ups and drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention; guide use of tools to improve communication and performance conversations.
• Coordinate site-level engagement initiatives; gather feedback and monitor effectiveness.
• Track PXT data (attrition, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for tooling improvements.
