Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Partner for the NASC PXT team in Colorado Springs to strengthen employee experience, engagement, and HR operational excellence. You will support site operations, coach leaders, and execute standard HR processes onsite for hourly employees.

You will analyze data, track attrition and engagement, run feedback channels, and help resolve issues with discretion. This role emphasizes partnerships, judgement, and a customer‑centric approach while growing your HR capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years Amazon or HR/general experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic Excel functions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Execute key HR programs and maintain workplace standards; partner with PXT and Operations
• Maintain standard work quality, SLAs, and documentation of HR processes
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate employee matters appropriately
• Support feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks) and drive improvements in employee experience
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations
• Coordinate site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives
• Track PXT data (attrition, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps; support issue resolution
