Job summary

Aramark Sports & Entertainment in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support LSU athletics. This onsite role partners with managers and employees on HR policies, investigations, and employee relations to promote a positive workplace.

Key duties include advising on policy compliance, handling leave administration, interviewing and documenting cases, and collaborating with COs, Field HR, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in employee relations or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with tact.
• Ability to influence policies and procedures.
• Understanding of employment laws and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee relations issues with leadership guidance.
• Consult on policy compliance and employment-related matters.
• Investigate complaints and document outcomes.
• Conduct interviews and prepare investigation notes.
• Coordinate leave administration and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with COs, Field HR and vendors to close cases.
• Monitor dashboard metrics to drive efficiency in HR processes.
• Participate in regional job fairs and candidate engagement.
