Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Human Resources Manager in New Orleans to provide HR generalist support for corporate staff and Centers of Excellence (COE). This role also manages several critical HR processes and drives initiatives across engagement, talent acquisition, metrics, and onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years HR experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication and analytical capabilities. The position emphasizes collaboration with leadership and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• HR investigations and resolution development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
• HR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to train and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE's including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretation
• Employee Engagement Initiatives — Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, corporate engagement and celebration activities point of contact/coordinator
• Talent Acquisition — corporate Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership point of contact
• HR metrics reporting and analysis
• Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed
• On-boarding programs and initiatives
