Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee relations or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to influence policies, practices, and procedures.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information daily.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with case management technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general employee relations issues and advise leadership.
• Provide policy and compliance consultation to managers.
• Investigate complaints and concerns via the employee hotline and other sources.
• Conduct interviews and document findings per guidelines.
• Develop action plans and ensure follow-up.
• Coordinate leave of absence cases with policy compliance.
• Review dashboard metrics to optimize SLA performance.
• Participate in regional job fairs for hourly vacancies and engage candidates online.
