Job summary

Aramark Corporation in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the onsite HR function for a large, complex unionized convention and events operation. You will own Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and CBA administration, partnering with the General Manager and department heads to support the operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years in a management-level HR role within a unionized environment.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreement interpretation and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite SME for Employee & Labor Relations and CBA administration.
• Manage grievances and lead Step 1 meetings with union reps and stewards.
• Conduct complex workplace investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
