SendCutSend Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Site Manager to serve as the primary onsite HR partner for employees and leaders at the Arlington facility.

The role balances hands-on HR support with strategic partnership to drive workforce planning and organizational initiatives in alignment with business priorities. You will collaborate with Corporate HR and site leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, training, development, and employee relations while maintaining compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist/manager roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR leadership for the assigned site and act as onsite HR resource for employees and leaders.
• Partner with HR Director to develop and execute site HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding at the site in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance issues and conduct workplace investigations as needed.
• Ensure attendance, leaves, accommodations, workers’ comp, and policy adherence are managed.
• Maintain local HR documentation and ensure timely reporting to Corporate HR.
