Job summary

Curran Recruiting seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead site-level HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and corporate environment. You will be a strategic partner to site leadership, supporting workforce initiatives while ensuring employment law and policy compliance.

You will oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with operational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or blended operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and talent acquisition practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP or similar platforms preferred).
• Experience managing payroll/timekeeping processes.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees at assigned site(s).
• Oversee day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to drive engagement and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with leave administration and benefits enrollment processes.
• Support training and leadership development programs.
