Job summary

ACS Manufacturing, LLC. seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead on-site HR operations across assigned facilities.

You will partner with site leaders to implement HR strategy, oversee payroll and benefits, manage workforce planning, and drive a compliant, high-performing culture. You will supervise the site HR Generalist, administer compensation and performance programs, and ensure lawful, efficient HR processes across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 5–7 years HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and workers' compensation; manufacturing environment preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations for site facilities; report to Director of HR.
• Implement HR strategy, policies, and programs across facilities; provide local input on workforce needs.
• Forecast staffing with site operations and manage workforce planning metrics.
• Oversee HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
• Coach and develop the site HR Generalist; supervise HR operations and documentation.
• Administer compensation programs, performance reviews, and merit cycles at the site.
