Job summary

This temporary role partners with leaders and employees to deliver payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years HR experience with payroll, benefits and LOA.
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for employees and leaders.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Administer benefits and LOA processes.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and compliance reporting.
• Interpret policies, manage investigations, and support regulatory adherence.
• Maintain confidentiality and foster a positive work environment.
• Provide recruiting support, unemployment claims, and visa processes.
