Kelly Services is seeking an Onsite HR Generalist for our Austin, TX facility. This temporary role offers an immediate start, paying $38-48/hr DOE, with typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and flexibility for 24/7 manufacturing operations.

You will support HR functions across payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, leave, and compliance, partnering with leadership to drive employee relations and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years HR experience with payroll, benefits and LOA administration.
• Manufacturing/high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Be the HR point of contact for employees and leaders.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Administer benefits and leave of absence processes.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and compliance reporting.
• Interpret policies, manage investigations, and support regulatory adherence.
• Maintain confidentiality and foster a positive work environment.
• Provide recruiting support, unemployment claims, and visa processes.
