Job summary

CKD USA Corporation, a Japanese-owned company serving the United States for 40 years, seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist in Austin, TX to handle daily HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 7–10 years HR experience (manufacturing a plus), strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of employment laws; SHRM-CP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidential HR records and HRIS data.
• Supports talent management and performance processes.
