Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in HR, core functions and practices.
• Experience in HR management and personnel management.
• Knowledge of HR policies, regulatory compliance and internal policy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration across departments.
• Strong organizational, time-management, attention to confidentiality.
• Proficiency with ADP systems and Microsoft Office or equivalents.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent.
• Previous HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or tech environment beneficial.
