Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience
• Experience with benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance
• Strong employee relations background
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations and HRBPs to resolve issues and support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, training, audits, leaves of absence, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs and track metrics to optimize HR support.
