MJ Recruiters, LLC seeks a Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing environment in Dayton, OH. The role partners with operations to manage day-to-day HR inquiries, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities include recruiting for hourly roles, maintaining compliance, and supporting payroll, leaves, and records while promoting a positive culture with wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent HR experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in benefits, recruitment, FMLA, and compliance.
• Strong employee relations background required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Employee & Operational HR support for hourly staff and production leaders.
• Recruiting and onboarding for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Employee relations and HR administration including timekeeping and payroll support.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead culture, wellness, and analytics programs; track metrics.
